Tilth’s Service Philosophy:
Our general philosophy on service is grounded in the fact that Tilth is a house. It is our home and we treat our guests as if they were visiting our own house. Graceful, friendly service is what we strive for putting the guest first no matter what. We want to make our guests feel comfortable with our food and wine selections making sure that they always feel good about what they have coming their way.
Tilth’s Wine Program Philosophy:
Our wine program offers 50 percent Northwest selections and 50 percent Old World selections in order to offer our guests some of the local fare as well as some sleek classics. We also feature a “green” glass pour program that offers 17 selections that are farmed organically, biodynamically and/or sustainably. The main object of the wine program is to offer value-driven wines that complement and enhance the elegant and fresh cuisine prepared at Tilth.
